Job Description
Sr ARIS BPM Tool Technical Adminstration Architect 12month contract Brussels
Our important client is currently looking for a Sr ARIS BPM Tool Technical Adminstration Architect for 12month contract in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
Delivers ARIS solutions (e.g. reports quality checks dashboards etc.) according to needs & expectations of the respective stakeholders; the needs will be communicated through the ARIS Application Owner.
Provide advice on methodology ARIS conventions etc. that will contribute to an efficient and effective use of ARIS in the BPM or any other domain where ARIS may or will be used and may be of adding value; e.g. Enterprise Architecture GDPR Business Glossary and parts of data management Risk management Performance management etc.
Give technical assistance with regards to process mining.
Technical assistance with the adoption and start of use of ARIS Solution Manager for SAP.
Requirements
If any of the following requirements is not met your candidature will not be accepted:
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English as you will be a frontman in meetings with business users that are not always bilingual and will work through technical staff that only speaks English;
Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium;
At least 5 years handson ARIS administration and technical services and configuration for business process management process (re)design and validation including process mining (SAP and nonSAP solutions);
At least 5 years handson experience with defining and developing reports dashboards (Java) scripts etc.
At least 3 years handson experience with process mining (e.g. (real time) extraction of event logs from SAP or any other application) and structuring/consolidating event logs to usable input for process discovery process performance management and process conformance / compliance analysis);
At least 2 missions that included migrating BPMN and diagrams from other tools to ARIS;
At least 1 mission to implement ARIS in a passenger train transport or at least in a public transport company.
Possibility to work onsite near Brussels Midi when required and having mastered a hybrid work regime (at least 2d/wk onsite & remote) in prior missions
