Senior Leasing Executive

• Lead lease negotiations ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and develop strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team on property promotion and adjust strategies based on performance.
  
• Monitor leasing performance manage budgets and report on occupancy rates and rental income to senior management.
  
• Lead and mentor junior leasing staff coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential risks in lease agreements.
  
• Oversee the leasing portfolio minimizing vacancy rates and providing input on new projects.
  

Requirements

• Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication/ Marketing or equivalent
  
• Minimum three (3) years experience in related field preferably in Shopping Mall Management Retail Event Management background
  
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia ability to speak in Mandarina will added advantage.
  
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
