Human Resource Manager

• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
  
• Create and manage salary files using Success Factory software.
  
• Maintain accurate records of appointment orders and salary details of employees.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector.
  
• Capable of handling payroll.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  
• Knowledge of SAP Success Factor would be a plus
