Job Overview: Your Legal Landscape

Be part of our client s team as an Immigration Attorney where you will represent clients in immigration court advocate before USCIS prepare legal documents and provide strategic counsel. Youll collaborate with a dedicated team ensuring comprehensive client support while handling complex cases with empathy and precision.


Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST 7:00 am to 4:00 pm COL
Work setup: Remote Bogota/Medellin


Responsibilities: What Youll Champion

  • Represent clients in immigration court as the attorney of record.
  • Advocate for clients in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
  • Prepare legal documents including petitions applications and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and provide counsel to clients regarding immigration matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies for case management and representation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive client support.


Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Your Legal Toolkit

  • English Level: C1C2 (Excellent communication skills).
  • Licensure: U.S. licensed attorney. Preference for candidates licensed in Florida or California but not required.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and a second language. Fluency in reading and speaking English is essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in immigration law is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong litigation research and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and advocate effectively.
  • Attributes: Empathetic motivated and committed to providing highquality legal services.
  • Education: Law degree.
  • Plus: Licensed in Florida or California is a plus.
