Job Description:

As a Test Support Analyst you ll craft detailed test plans execute them and communicate outcomes clearly. You ll guide business users through UAT processes troubleshoot and resolve bug issues and serve as the primary contact for internal support queries. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless software performance and user satisfaction.

Drive the Process of Test Planning Issue Resolution and User Assistance

  • Develop comprehensive test plans based on acceptance criteria.
  • Execute test plans and communicate results and outcomes effectively.
  • Lead small groups of business users through UAT processes.
  • Investigate bugrelated queries and propose suggested fixes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal company support queries.

Requirements

The Expertise Required to Excel in Delivering:

  • At least 35 years of support experience ideally with CRM applications
  • Experience using IPaaS tools (such as Make & Zapier) and Postman for test cases
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience documenting requirements and testing development for the following systems (ideally experience in some not essential for all):
  • SugarCRM
  • Billing systems
  • Finance systems
  • Zendesk Support Desk
  • Gainsight Customer Success
  • Kantata Professional Services
  • PandaDoc esignature tool
  • HubSpot Marketing automation
  • Segment Customer Data Platform
  • Redshift Data warehouse
  • Airtable
