Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized CRM Data Entry Associate to manage and transfer manual data into the CRM software. This role involves renaming files moving attachments and ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients CRM systems accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Transfer: Accurately transfer manual data from spreadsheets documents and other sources into the CRM software.
- File Management: Rename files according to standardized naming conventions and move attachments to the appropriate locations within the CRM system.
- Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the CRM and make necessary corrections.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the CRM system by regularly updating records and managing data entries.
- Support: Provide general support to the CRM team and assist with any additional datarelated tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data entry and file management.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and general data management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a CRM data entry or administrative role .
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices.
- Experience with data cleaning and validation techniques.
