Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative you ll play a crucial role in guiding selfemployed clients through the intricacies of tax credit applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals who missed work due to COVID19 secure valuable tax credits from the IRS. Responsibilities
- Guide clients through tax credit application processes providing clear explanations and support
- Conduct followup calls to ensure application completion and address client concerns
- Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base
- Relay critical information issues or client needs to the internal team
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records
- Utilize various software tools including Windows and Google Suite applications
- Multitask effectively while managing a high volume of client interactions
- Stay informed about evolving tax credit regulations and company procedures
