Senior Business Development Q3 - 2024

NOK Human Capital is hiring a talented Senior Business Development for a well known Business and services consultancy specialized in PWD Services located in Maadi.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new business and longterm account opportunities.

Develop coordinate and implement sales plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

Develop sales presentations and participate in meetings with clients.

Attend networking events & negotiate and close deals.

Complete proposals follow up on submissions and close business deals.

Oversee maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Coordinate manage and resolve account issues.

Analyze existing products and markets in terms of the ability to compete gain market share grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability.

Monitor business metrics in regard to revenues profitability market share and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field

57 years of experience in a relevant position account management experience is an asset

Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs

Excellent use of Microsoft Office
