This role is responsible to oversee the deployment of retail POS systems, manage user access controls and coordinate promotional activities in ERP system to maintain efficient operations within QDFC. It also entails supporting the line manager in executing IT projects to achieve successful and timely outcomes
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
.
Provide initial IT assistance for queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Assist the program officer in installing Retail POS machines for new store openings and store renovations to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
.
Ensure proper management and oversight of hardware resources by implementing a comprehensive inventory system to track all hardware assets.
.
Ensure that Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) systems are functioning smoothly and effectively by providing essential support to maintain optimal operation of electronic shelf labels.
.
Manage user access controls and maintain documentation for audits.
.
Execute global promotional activities in the system as per management instructions.
.
Support line manager in implementing new projects as and when required.
.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
.
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
Job-specific skills & experience:
.
Understanding of Bank POS and payment systems
.
Good command of English language and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in a team setting environment and manage workflow
.
In-depth knowledge and experience working on ERP and POS
.
Experience in handling large database and retail Item promotions
.
Experience in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
.
Experience in transition/upgradation of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Navision and Oracle, SAP etc
Full-time
