• Schedule shipments and deliveries:
Coordinates with the storekeepers to execute online and delivery orders on daily basis and arranges drop off with the driver.
Receives the bills from KABS store, verifies that it has been uploaded on the system and is signed by the salesman, then transfers the bills to finance while keeping a copy for filing purposes daily audit of all transactions.
Responsible for online delivery billing, in which he verifies the bill received from the storekeeper and ensures that the discounts, numbers, and promotions and signatures are all valid.
• Maintain warehouse inventory:
Responsible for reordering products as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
Responsible for end of month inventory count both indoor and outdoor locations
Responsible for ensuring that there is no discrepancy between the system reports and the actual inventory stock levels.
Reporting minimum stock level on monthly basis in addition to monthly reports of damage and expired goods and marketing gifts.
Coordinate with 3PLS and LSPs.
Maintain adequate stock levels at all locations.
• Handling customs and clearance of merchandise:
Reporting to the FDA in person to fulfill sampling requests.
Coordinate with clearance agent and oversee the clearance process.
Handling all customs procedures and requests to ensure shipments are all cleared.
Education and experience Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration or Logistics.
• A minimum of 3 years of Logistics Supervisor experience.

GJU- logistics graduates are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership and managerial skills.
