Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Softina. The Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and fostering relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Softina's business objectives and market dynamics.
2. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, addressing their needs.
4. Market ysis: Conduct thorough market ysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and development within the cosmetics, natural products, online academy, personal hygiene, and personal care products industries.
5. Product Licensing: Collaborate with the product licensing team and chemical team to facilitate the licensing process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maximizing revenue opportunities.
6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and yze sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years proven experience in sales management, preferably within the e-learning, cosmetics, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication ss.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market ysis, and competitor research odologies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
