Senior Talent AcquisitionPartner
You will beresponsible for leading recruitment efforts for both onshore and offshore roles. Supporting local hiring managers by delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions attracting and selection of highquality candidates. The position involves working on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines aiming to enhance the overall recruitment process and meet the companys staffing needs efficiently.
Youllbuildrelationships with stakeholders ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates and contributing to the strategic growth of the company by hiring the best talent available. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior members of the talent team and implementing best practices in recruitment to ensure the business hires the best possible people at the right time
This role may require occasional travel and support with hiring contract and permanent offshore crew during peak recruitment periods.
