We are looking for a skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. In this role you will be essential in sourcing engaging and hiring top talent to drive our companys growth and success. Working closely with hiring managers and partnering with the HR team you will help optimize our recruitment process ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold our commitment to exceptional hiring standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
Utilize job boards social media professional networks and other resources to identify and engage potential talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews facilitating clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates through phone screens interviews assessments and reference checks.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process and ensuring clear timely communication.
Manage candidate expectations and address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs position requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of successful hires.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Knowledgeable of Manatal is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in an outsourcing company is a plus.
Experience in Project Management Tool Click Up.
