Position: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Agent
- Start Date: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024
- Location: Porto Portugal (Remote)
- Work Schedule:
- Rotative Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Availability for occasional shifts: 08:00 19:00
- Days Off: 2 rotative days
- Rotative Shifts:
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 1100 EUR (x14 payments per year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales incentives
- Work Mode: Fully Remote

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is advantageous.
- Background in Sales Tourism or Travel Agencies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong digital skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problemsolving mindset and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in multitasking for dynamic customeroriented environments.
