Purpose of the role:
The Spa Receptionist assists guests with spa bookings inquiries and ensures a smooth flow of spa operations. This role involves managing appointments processing transactions and maintaining a welcoming and organized spa reception area.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Interact with guests displaying proper etiquette and extending a warm personalized welcome upon their arrival and bidding them a fond farewell.
- Schedule spa appointments and manage the reservation system efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with spa staff regarding daily appointments requests and special requests.
- Provide information about spa services packages and promotions to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Process payments and transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Assist in promoting spa products and services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Proficiency in booking systems and the MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
- Team player with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
