Identify and target new business opportunities within the BPO and KPO sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.

Present Trbitixs staffing services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with highquality candidates.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.






Requirements


25 years of experience in business development within a staffing firm.

Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing clients in the BPO and KPO sectors.

Strong network and existing relationships with decisionmakers in BPOs and KPOs.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.

Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
