Business Finance Retail Banking

• Research select collect and verify relevant data and information (both internal and external) and continuously research valuable data sources for client periodically or based on business needs.
  

• Store develop update and maintain the data warehouse of relevant and highquality information.
  

• Conduct business performance analysis of business units identify factors affecting business performance and quantify the impact of these factors.
  
• Develop an analytical reporting system from detailed unit levels to overall business unit levels promptly informing about new issues identified through financial data and updating related changes.
  
• Develop and implement short and mediumterm forecasting based on data tracking results and analytical opinions.
  
• Proactively handle analyze and evaluate periodic and ad hoc business activities: products/channels/customer segments in terms of business needs growth trends efficiency suitability and economics.
  

• Ensure timely and accurate periodic and ad hoc reporting systems on customer data products services/channels of business units.
  
• Master and share insights through specific interpretations to intermediate management levels.
  

• Provide proactive or ondemand consultation to business units on the implementation product/service efficiency evaluation customer efficiency evaluation based on data analysis and assessments.
  
• Advise on recording accounting and evaluation issues related to business operations including issues not yet specifically regulated or guided.
  

6. Optimization:

• Proactively implement and ensure the application of necessary processes and techniques to optimize work processing and/or reporting systems to increase efficiency effectiveness and productivity within the managed scope.
  

7. Projects:

• Participate in the development implementation and coordination of assigned projects.
  

8. Business Planning:

• Coordinate and manage (periodically/annually) financial plans budgets and forecasting cycles continuously collaborating with management levels on performance indicators (financial and nonfinancial).
  

9. Partner Management:

• Coordinate with intermediate management of business units and support units.
  

10. People Management:

• Participate in leading and managing a small team of staff members.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Economics Finance and Banking Accounting Auditing.
  

2. Relevant Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis business management or management accounting in financial institutions or credit organizations.
  

3. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise:

• Indepth understanding of banking and financial operations financial accounting assetliability management and management accounting.
  
• Good knowledge of financial models or data basic reporting tools and techniques and their application in various analytical and reporting products/fields.
  
• Understanding of laws and legal regulations knowledge of financial analysis operations and business models of financial institutions.
  
• Proficiency in handling big data and analytical reporting.
  

4. Skills:

• Proficient in calculation software data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Proficient with database systems (SQL Server Excel).
  
• Good command of English.
