This is a remote position.

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant you ll be the linchpin of executive operations providing crucial support that enables leadership to focus on strategic decisionmaking. You ll manage a diverse portfolio of tasks from streamlining communication channels to orchestrating complex schedules. This role demands a proactive approach strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You ll have the opportunity to draft important presentations liaise with clients and contribute to highlevel projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize executive s email inbox and calendar ensuring efficient time management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and travel arrangements
  • Draft and edit presentations reports and other executivelevel documents
  • Conduct client outreach and followups maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Take detailed minutes during executive meetings and distribute action items
  • Monitor ongoing projects liaising between internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting and document management
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate

Requirements
  • 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and various CRM systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work early morning hours for email management (aligned with Pacific Time Zone)
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required for candidates with extensive relevant experience
