Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong financial background. This role involves supporting executives with various tasks ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of professionalism.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling email management and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing financial tasks such as budgeting expense tracking and financial reporting.
  • Organize and maintain files ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Prepare presentations reports and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are on track.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong financial background with experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
