• Client Account Management
  
• Manage client relationships and provide technical support.
  
• Optimize product quality based on client feedback.
  
• Support client onboarding and new product testing.
  
• Address client complaints and provide solutions.
  
• Technical Training and Development
  
• Develop technical training materials and programs.
  
• Assess training effectiveness and team capabilities.
  
• Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Reporting
  
• Monitor product quality trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Report on project progress and client issues to management.
  
• Contribute to overall department and company strategy.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
  
• 3 years of relevant experience with work permit eligibility
  
• Expert knowledge of product quality requirements
  
• Proficiency in postprocessing software
  
• Crosscultural understanding and communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
