German-Speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives

Join a reputable airline brand across different work areas

Assist passengers with pre and postflight travel inquiries in the customer relations department in German and English

Utilize airline reservation systems handle voice calls in English and German and potentially engage in written correspondence

Comprehensive paid training on products and systems provided

Daily interaction with international passengers for inquiries and feedback

Expected to achieve specific key performance indicators and maintain high client service standards

Work in a fastpaced and timecritical call center environment

Requirements

Must have nativelevel fluency in German (both verbal and written skills required)

Based in Cape Town

Only permanent residents or South African ID holders eligible

Strong computer literacy and technical skills

Clean criminal record

Flexible to work in shifts

Previous customer service experience is advantageous

Employment Terms:

1. Annual Compensation: R200000 CTC (R16 600 per month)
   
2. Fulltime Permanent contract: 40 hours per week with 89 hour shifts per day
   
3. Operational Hours: 24/7 365 days a year
   • Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays as needed
     
   • Specific operating hours based on assigned account to be discussed during interviews
     
4. Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
   
5. Probation Period: 4 months
   
6. Health Insurance Coverage provided by the Company
   
7. OnSite for 15 Weeks then fully remote work from home
   
8. WorkfromHome after 15 weeks:
   • Reliable Fibre or ADSL internet connection required at own expense
     
   • UPS solution necessary during power outages (Inverters available for purchase through our clients Cape Town branch or personal solutions accepted)
