What we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide application support to our clients ensuring the effective implementation and performance of our products.

What does the job involve

• Provide onsite application support of our products to clients.
• Monitor and track the performance and results of our products at client sites.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to our products.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the optimal application of our products.
• Maintain detailed records of application processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on client experiences.
• Train clients staff on the proper use and maintenance of our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Previous experience in an application support or field service role preferred.
• Strong problemsolving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
