Overview:

• As a Compliance Officer you will be working within a highly regulated financial environment where adherence to laws regulations andinternal policies is important.
• The role is dynamic and requires staying uptodate with changing regulations and business practices.
• You will interact frequently with other departments to identify risks and ensure the implementation of compliance measures.
• Your work environment will be collaborative involving regular communication and teamwork to support the organizations compliance goals.
• Additionally as a compliance officer apprentice you will have opportunities for learning and professional growth through handson experience and training incompliance.

What You Will Be Doing:

Within the Compliance Team you will be in charge of the following missions:

• Perform controls as part of Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Draft internal compliance reporting for Group Head Office.
• Collect and report Compliance Key Risk Indicators.
• Assist in the development of internal policies as well as related procedures and trainings.
• Participate in the periodic update of internal procedures in the event of changes in business lines and applicable regulations.
• Oversee compliance and financial crime risk assessment to understand where there are identified risks.
• Collaborate with other departments on compliance matters.

Candidate Specification:

• English speaking.
• It is highly desirable but not essentialif the the applicant is shortly due to graduate in either Law Business Engineering or a Masters degree in Banking and Finance.
• Good communication skill sis required.
