1/Context:
The client is a large insurance company undergoing a transformation of its treasury department with the implementation of the EOS tool. This project is also part of the internal mobility of their treasurer which requires seamless management of treasury services to ensure operational continuity. The role will involve close collaboration with financial and banking teams to ensure the stability and optimization of ongoing financial processes.
2/Services:
- Coordination of SWIFT implementation
- Bank connectivity management: managing and analyzing electronic bank statements
- Monitoring and managing rejected transactions from banks
- Investigating and resolving issues causing rejections
- Implementing procedures to minimize future rejections
- Providing technical support for treasury systems and bank interfaces
- Generating and analyzing reports on cash flows using Kyriba
- Collaborating with finance teams to support overall financial planning and strategy
- Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and reduce operational costs
3/Required Skills:
- Expertise in treasury management and bank connectivity systems (SWIFT Kyriba)
- Project management skills particularly in transformation or tool migration contexts
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and efficiently resolve issues related to bank transactions
- Solid understanding of cash flow management processes and financial reporting
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (finance IT banks)
- Knowledge of treasury management tools and financial ERPs used in large enterprises
- Capacity to establish robust procedures to minimize rejections and improve processes
