Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated developer to join our technical team. You will work on the development and optimization of our intelligent HR software which uses AI and Machine Learning. This software revolutionizes human resources management by automating key processes and providing predictive analytics for better decisionmaking.
Your mission will be to participate in the design development and maintenance of backend and frontend applications using modern technologies including:
- Elasticsearch for data and search management
- React.JS for building interactive and intuitive user interfaces
- GraphQL for API management and data querying
- Streams for handling realtime data streams
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust and scalable features related to AI and Machine Learning
- Collaborate with Data Science and HR teams to integrate AI models into the product
- Implement and optimize Elasticsearchbased search for maximum performance and accuracy
- Create intuitive user interfaces in React.JS that facilitate data interaction
- Use GraphQL to efficiently manage APIs and data exchanges
- Manage realtime data streams with streams to ensure continuous and instant updates
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Elasticsearch React.JS GraphQL and streams technologies
- Experience with projects involving AI or Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of relational and nonrelational databases
- Experience in API development and software architecture
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate in an agile environment
