Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Python developer to join the team and contribute to the development of an intelligent HR software that utilizes AI and machine learning. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing features related to natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of Data Science and HR experts.
Key Technologies:
- Python (NLP LLM with pandas PyTorch TensorFlow NumPy)
- GraphQL for API management and data exchange
- Elasticsearch for search management and query performance optimization
Responsibilities:
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and integrate large language models (LLMs) into the HR solution
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance AI and machine learning model performance
- Optimize search functionalities using Elasticsearch to ensure accuracy and speed
- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable APIs using GraphQL
- Ensure continuous integration of data and machine learning models into the system
- Participate in improving and designing new AI features in an agile environment
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and related libraries (pandas PyTorch TensorFlow NumPy)
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
- Strong experience with GraphQL for API management
- Solid knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and query management
- Experience with relational and nonrelational databases
- Ability to work in a team in an agile environment with collaborative development methods (Scrum Kanban)
