Job Description

Compliance Specialist Cape Town

Our client in risk & compliance consulting in Cape Town is looking for a compliance specialist with 5 years of experience in global regulations you need to establish robust controls and procedures for compliance across all jurisdictions. Supporting Corporate governance and refining policies.

Salary Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a compliance process in line with generally accepted compliance practice.

Implement a compliance monitoring programme to identify and improve areas of compliance weakness.

Design and implement a regulatory universe and monitor and update when required.

Ensure that regulatory compliance in the Group gets the necessary attention it needs.

Develop a Group compliance framework which aligns to the Group risk management framework.

Design and lead a strong compliance culture in the business by effectively communicating to relevant stakeholders.

Min Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law

5 years’ experience in a legal and compliance role within a medium to large multinational firm.
