Job Description
- Help collect organise and manage data across multiple departments contributing to smoother operations.
- Assist with the analysis of data to provide actionable insights that will directly impact decisionmaking processes.
- Assist with the development and upkeep of knowledge management systems.
- Conduct research on industry trends / emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline information workflows and improve data processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by following best practices and established standards.
- Create engaging reports dashboards and visualisations to present your findings to key stakeholders.
- Stay informed on the latest information management tools bringing fresh ideas to boost efficiency.
- Play a key role in special projects related to information governance data security and compliance.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A passion for technology information management and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- 12 month contract with an option to go perm or extend
