Position Overview:
Reporting to the CTO the ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building usercentric products and driving their success in the market. You will be responsible for leading the product development process from ideation to launch ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users and achieve our business goals.
Your daily adventures include:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. Ensure that the product roadmap reflects user needs and market trends.
- UserCentric Development: Advocate for the user at every step of the product development process. Conduct user research gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product features and improvements.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering design marketing and other teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations. Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated inquiries and decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future developments.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats and adjust product strategy accordingly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product progress roadmaps and key milestones. Ensure alignment across all teams and with company objectives.
- Agile Development: Lead agile product development practices including sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritisation. Ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
Requirements
What it takes to succeed:
- 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on usercentric product development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that meet user needs and drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate user insights into product features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the influencer marketing or social media industry.
- Experience in the fintech industry.
- Experience with modern product management tools and platforms (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices.
