Job Description
Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Job Location: Mumbai
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies excellent leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. This role will be crucial in guiding our teams to deliver highquality products efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership & Facilitation:
- Take lead in agile practices ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and ceremonies.
- Facilitate daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Team Coaching & Development:
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Stakeholder Management & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with Product Team to ensure the product backlog is welldefined and prioritized.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide transparency on project progress and performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for Agile practices and principles across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 68 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Professional Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.) and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
