Job Description
Join fliegabbasel GmbH as a Customer Service Assistant! We are a leading travel agency based in Lausanne. Work remotely with flexible hours. Salary starts at 24 CHF per hour.
Tasks
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
- Provide travel guidance and recommendations.
- Process bookings and manage reservations.
- Address and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Assist in creating travel packages.
- Collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Experience in tourism or customer service is a plus.
