Tasks
Your Role: Modern Work Architect
As a Modern Work Master youll play a key role in guiding organizations through the successful adoption of Microsoft 365. From crafting the perfect digital workplace to fostering cultural change your work will impact companies across various industries.
- Develop tailored communication strategies to ensure seamless employee engagement during Microsoft 365 adoption.
- Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on the right tools particularly Microsoft 365 solutions to optimize their digital workplace.
- Configure Microsoft 365 independently and collaborate with developers and security experts for ongoing improvements.
- Continuously monitor evaluate and refine change management methods to ensure longterm success.
- Support the sales team by creating customer presentations and contributing to proposal development.
- Play an active role in expanding the companys services and offerings to ensure cuttingedge solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Educational background in business informatics sociology or industrial psychology.
- Handson experience with Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (PROSCI or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent German (C2) and solid English skills (B1).
- Exceptional presentation communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Interest in new technologies with a keen ability to grasp their value quickly.
- A selfstarter with a pragmatic approach able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently.
