What you will do:
- Manage software applications related to position management and scheduling
- Engage in activities ranging from application strategy specification to project involvement maintenance and business expert support
- Maintain close communication with business stakeholders understand endtoend processes and propose technical solutions
- Leverage your software development and cloud engineering experience to enhance the team
- Oversee software vendor relationships including offers contracts and quality control
- Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in IT engineering economics or a related field
- Several years of experience as an application engineer technical business analyst cloud engineer solution engineer developer or a similar role
- Expertise in application engineering and management covering strategy maintenance support implementation and security including vendor management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt manage and influence various business and IT stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong team player
- Experience in the energy sector or trading is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud is an asset; a willingness to develop in this area is required
- Proficiency in both German and English
About the team:
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for critical IT applications both in the shortterm (operations) and longterm (projects). We work closely with business stakeholders IT architects infrastructure specialists and vendors to maximize business value from our IT applications.
