For our client a leading IT & Business Consulting firm and SAP Solutions Partner specializing in digital transformation with over 30 years of experience a strong global presence and offices in Switzerland Germany and Austria
We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.
Tasks
What Will Your Role Involve
- Lead and support various consulting projects related to SAP SuccessFactors modules from initial conception to implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to support them on their journey into Human Experience Management (HXM).
- Solve not only technical challenges but also guide customer teams in project organization and process modernization.
- Take responsibility for a module or the entire project as a lead consultant within cuttingedge projects.
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team that encourages ideasharing and collaboration.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Very good knowledge and ideally certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (missing certifications can be obtained as your competence is key to us).
- Proven ability to work autonomously with a high degree of selforganization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support less experienced consultants.
- Experience managing smaller projects is desirable.
- Fluency in German and strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel moderately and a strong passion for learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
