Job Description

Remote / Flexible Location 10% Commission per Closed & Paid Deal Uncapped Earnings for Proven Closers

Bworks is a Swiss digital agency and software development company specializing in custom web development digital transformation and software solutions. Our projects start at CHF 100000 with typical deal sizes ranging from CHF 100000 CHF 500000.

We are looking for a Freelance Sales Partner to drive revenue growth through acquiring managing and closing highvalue clients. This is a 100% commissionbased role (10% revenue share per closed & paid deal) offering uncapped earnings potential.

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals consultants or independent business developers who want to add highvalue digital solutions to their portfolio.

Tasks

  • Identify & Prospect Clients Research and target midtolarge companies looking for digital transformation custom software or web development projects.
  • Lead Client Conversations Engage decisionmakers understand their pain points and position Bworks as the ideal partner.
  • Prepare Winning Proposals Collaborate with our technical team to scope projects and draft compelling proposals (you own the proposal process).
  • Close HighValue Deals Drive the full sales cycle negotiate terms and secure contracts.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience You have closed highvalue digital/software projects of CHF 100000 per deal.
  • Strong Network & Lead Generation Skills You already have access to decisionmakers in enterprise midmarket or highgrowth startups.
  • Consultative Sales Approach You understand client needs and can tailor digital solutions accordingly.
  • Independent & ResultsDriven You thrive on commissions and can generate and close deals independently.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills You present with confidence and handle complex sales discussions.
