Accounts Associate I

As an Accounts Associate at Metric you will be directly handling our bookkeeping clients. You will work closely with our wide range of existing customers and partners to create value for them and create longlasting relations. To succeed in the role you will need to be selfdriven wellorganized ready to learn and resultoriented; ideally with B2C and B2B working experience in the Fintech industry.

Level: Associate L1 / IC

Location: Fully Onsite in Bahria Town Phase 8 Islamabad

Progression: Level II to III

Tasks

What You Will Do

• Working on Accounting Software like Xero and QuickBooks Online
• Developing chart of accounts and accounting procedures for new clients.
• Posting entries shared by clients into their respective accounts in software on a daily basis.
• Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
• Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Monthly reporting to clients on agreed parameters.
• Analyze and maintain customer account activities.
• Coordinate with the manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work on Financial Model for Investment optimization customers

Requirements

• Strong interest in accounting finance and technology.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problemsolving skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and third parties.
• Doer in attitude and action; a selfstarter and a fast learner who isnt scared to ask questions and doesnt just accept the status quo.
• Team player comfortable working in a fastpaced consulting style environment
