As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Techlogix you will play a crucial role in our inside sales team by driving outbound sales efforts. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads ensuring the delivery of highquality sales prospects to our account executives. This dynamic position requires exceptional communication skills a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for technology
- Collaborate with field sales and leadership to develop execute and optimize the Go To Market (GTM) plan.
- Align with sales priorities and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a list of target accounts as directed researching their demographics business issues and IT landscape. Customize pitches in various formats (PPT documents LinkedIn email etc.).
- Schedule and attend meetings with Customer IT and Clevel leadership both virtually and inperson as needed.
- Work with Solution Engineering/Marketing on events and case studies.
- Participate in GTM activities including events and webinars.
- Assist in preparing proposals SOWs extension contracts and client presentations. Track and document case studies and use cases.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository.
- Update CRM with leads and sales activities; ensure accurate data management.
- Stay informed about Techlogix offerings and industry trends.
- Prepare reports and MIS as needed.
- Collaborate with assigned field salesperson/leads and report to the Sales Leader/Sales Head. Reporting structure may change as needed.
- Work during USA hours from Techlogix offices.
- Be responsive during work hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or Master s in management with a focus on Sales & Marketing or a similar field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology trends.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Willing to work local night shifts aligned with USA hours (Monday to Friday).
- Topclass team player with good relationships with colleagues at all levels.
