Collect and analyse data related to learning outcomes participation rates and feedback. Generate reports and insights to inform decisionmaking and measure the impact of learning initiatives on business goals.
Analyse the existing quantitative and qualitative data of Learning & Development Programs draft reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs making improvements as necessary.
Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to facilitate training delivery track learner progress and administer assessments. Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend solutions to enhance learning experiences.
Partner with internal departments subject matter experts and external vendors to leverage resources and expertise. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Business Administration(Masters preferred).
Proven experience of 7 10 Years in learning and development with strong understanding of adult learning principles in Engineering Field
Excellent communication coaching and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence organizational culture.
Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus
