Role Name: Appointment Setter

Schedule:

Monday Friday Central Standard Time 8am12pm preferably but can also do 1pm4pm

Job Description

As an SDR/Appointment Setter you ll be the first line of defense in our mission to secure healthcare organizations. You ll engage with decisionmakers in the medical field setting up crucial appointments that could lead to enhanced cybersecurity measures for hospitals medical centers and behavioral health facilities. This role combines techsavvy knowledge with strong communication skills offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the healthcare sector. You ll work closely with our technical experts bridging the gap between complex security solutions and the needs of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Conduct highvolume outbound calls to healthcare organizations navigating through gatekeepers to reach IT decisionmakers and Csuite executives Implement a multithreaded approach combining persuasive phone calls with strategic followup emails Qualify leads based on company size and industry focusing on healthcare providers with $1050 million in revenue Schedule appointments for our technical team to showcase our cuttingedge cybersecurity services Maintain accurate records in our CRM system ensuring all contact information and activities are uptodate Hit weekly targets for qualified appointment settings Research potential clients using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn gathering crucial insights for personalized outreach Articulate the value of our four core services: vulnerability assessment penetration testing compliance and IT/network assessments



Requirements

Proven track record in tech sales or appointment setting preferably in healthcare or cybersecurity sectors Solid grasp of basic cybersecurity concepts and terminology Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain complex technical ideas simply Experience with CRM systems and sales tools Resilience and persistence in the face of frequent rejections Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations (e.g. HIPAA HITECH) is a plus Target of setting a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per week Comfortable engaging with companies of 50250 employees in the healthcare sector
