Job Description: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio for US healthcare providers.
- Analyze outstanding AR balances and identify root causes of denials.
- Work collaboratively with insurance companies to resolve claims denials and ensure timely payments.
- Research and apply appropriate coding and billing guidelines (CPT ICD HCPCS) to ensure accurate claims submission.
- Utilize clearinghouse systems and billing software efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict quality metrics and turnaround times.
- Stay updated on evolving regulations payer policies and best practices in healthcare billing.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including physicians patients and insurance representatives.
- 14 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of medical billing terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in claim form 1500 and healthcare billing software.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with specific US healthcare specialties (cardiology radiology etc.).
- Knowledge of insurance claim adjudication processes.
