Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and implement RCM bots to automate processes such as claims
submission followups and payment posting.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify opportunities for automation and
efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance ensuring high reliability and user
satisfaction.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decisionmaking and process
improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices related to revenue
cycle management and automation technologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in developing bots or automation solutions preferably in healthcare or
RCM.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C#.
• Familiarity with RCM processes billing systems and healthcare regulations (e.g.
HIPAA).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere).
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
