Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
  
• Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  
• Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and fit for the role.
  
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  
• Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify and attract candidates.
