We contribute to society, building confidence and trust in the markets, upholding the integrity of organizations, and supporting our communities.Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:• Lead the way.• Serve with integrity.• Take care of each other.• Foster inclusion.• Collaborate for measurable impact.During your tenure as Financial Risk Management Director, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:• Act as a subject matter expert in understanding regulations and helping clients implement the same across governance, policies, processes, models & reporting.• Participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.• Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.• Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and / or implement products and services.• Play substantive / lead role and engagement planning, economics, and billing.• Assist in retention of professionals.• Participate in training efforts.• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services.• Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.• Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.• Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches.• Participate in proposal development efforts.• Participate in "add-on" sales to client.Leadership capabilities:• Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.• Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.• Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.• Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.Qualifications:Minimum of 14 - 18 years of experience in banking / advisory services towards FSI clients, and 5 -7 years of related experience within professional services, consulting, advisory.University degree in Management Studies, Banking or related field.Master s degree in information systems, or MBA is a plus.Experience in financial risk.Proven track record on business development, model development and model validation.Previous experience in helping banks transform, modernize (and implement) their Risk Management function (across Enterprise Risk Management and Credit Risk Management). Typical clients would include Banks and Finance Companies.A Middle East experience and base would be a big advantage.Familiarity and working knowledge of risk Analytics & Data.Should have proven leadership skills, and ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional team.Should have exposure and experience in sectors like Banking across risk and / or credit across the customer lifecycle.Should have exposure and understand the ME market culture and dynamics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite solutions.Advanced understanding of business processes and internal control risk management.
