Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, define, plan, and deliver risk strategy and initiatives
- Continuously transform the risk function in line with the latest trends and opportunities
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for implementation
- Build and manage various projects and initiatives supporting risk team
- Research and benchmark best practices with external partners to seek new ideas from inside and outside risk
- Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Monitor risk performance against agreed metrics, taking corrective measures when necessary
