Job Description
- Actively work and complete daily workflow queues maximising individual productivity and quality results
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by dealing with client issues effectively and timely
- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate promptly and clearly regarding all client enquiries to exceed internal and external customer expectations
- Ensure client data is maintained and accurate
- Process administration and scheduling activities, escalating issues as required
- Build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist customers through problem-solving, troubleshooting, while maintaining accreditation, program, contractual requirements
