Job Description

Role Overview
This position involves managing daily HR operations including recruitment employee relations benefits
administration performance management and compliance with labor laws to support the organization s workforce
and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Newhire onboarding/ offboarding: Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and exit interviews
including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinating with crossfunctional departments to deliver an exceptional firstday experience
Newhire orientations: Employees that covers absence conduct and capability grievances organizational
change and all other employeerelations matters
Reporting: Biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee database
Assist in the communication updating organizational chart and contribute to policy development. trategic HR
Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's strategic objectives and develop
HR strategies that support those goals. This could involve workforce planning talent acquisition strategies etc.
Talent Acquisition : Lead recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs sourcing candidates conducting
interviews engaging candidates and ensuring their joining.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align individual
performance with company objectives. This may include goal setting regular performance reviews feedback
mechanisms and career development plans.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate learning initiatives
to enhance employee skills and competencies. This could involve both formal training programs and informal
learning opportunities.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws
and regulations. Ensure that the company maintains a fair and inclusive workplace while minimizing legal
risks.
Employee Engagement and Culture: Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company
culture. This could include organizing teambuilding activities promoting employee recognition programs and
conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
DataDriven HR Insights: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data related to employee performance
turnover rates recruitment metrics and other HRrelated KPIs. Use insights to make datadriven decisions
and improve HR processes.
Advisor to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HRrelated matters providing
insights recommendations and solutions to support business objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements

Critical Competencies for Success
Bachelor s / Master s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
4 years of experience in an HR generalist role preferably in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS HRrelated technologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Communication Skills
Fluency in English (both verbal & writing)
Good email and telephone etiquette
