eCommerce Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
  
• 9am to 12pm Los Angeles CA
  

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings including adding new products updating descriptions pricing and shipping details
  
• Assist with order processing and tracking
  
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
  
• Conduct research to identify potential wholesalers and suppliers
  
• Support marketing efforts such as email list management and social media promotion
  

Requirements

• Proficiency with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  

Scope

• Manage and update the online store s product catalog
  
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries
  
• Assist with order fulfillment and tracking
  
• Conduct research for sourcing products and suppliers
  
• Support marketing initiatives and email list management
