Job Title: Data Analyst I
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 950 USD
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Analyst I to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ad hoc reporting organizing projects and conducting research for new software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail the ability to handle large data sets and a strong desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports for all departments as needed.
- Project Organization: Organize and update ongoing projects and cases with routine updates.
- Research and Testing: Conduct research on new software solutions arrange demos and provide summaries of findings.
- Data Management: Handle and manipulate large data sets efficiently.
- Communication: Write and communicate concisely with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Knowledge of ERP software such as NetSuite Acumatica or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel including advanced formulas.
- Some knowledge of SQL.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
NicetoHaves:
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce.
- Experience using messaging apps such as Slack or Notion.
- Experience working with CSuite executives.
