Job Title: Operations Data Analyst
Reports to: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)
Package: 1800USD
About the Company
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our inventory and sales reporting processes. This role requires experience in SQL for data management along with the ability to update and maintain KPI reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure inventory and sales data is accurately logged and reconciled. A background in accounting or financial reporting is preferred to help ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize SQL to manage and analyze inventory and sales data.

Create update and maintain inventory and KPI reporting dashboards.

Work in Google Docs and spreadsheets to document processes and maintain accurate records.

Follow up with partners to verify and reconcile inventory and sales data.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data workflows and reporting accuracy.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and sales reporting.

Assist in financial reconciliation related to inventory and sales transactions.

Proactively follow up on outstanding wires and checks with customers and partners to ensure timely payment processing and accurate financial tracking.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL for data queries and reporting.

Experience in inventory reporting KPI tracking and data analysis.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Google Docs Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with partners and internal teams.

Basic accounting knowledge or experience with financial reconciliation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Previous experience in an operations logistics or finance role.
