Job Description
We are a dynamic media company seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist you will play a key role in supporting our diverse workforce which includes graphic designers sales teams social media managers content creators and more.
* Recruit onboard and train new employees
* Manage employee relations conflicts and performance issues
* Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs
* Handle benefits administration payroll and compliance
* Foster a positive company culture and work environment
* Collaborate with managers to create job postings and interview guides
* Conduct employee engagement surveys and suggest improvements
* Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements
* 1 years of experience in HR preferably in a media or creative industry
* Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication interpersonal and problem*solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast*paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
